MICO

10" bloom, 44" tall, Mid Season, Semi-evergreen

No, the size is not a misprint - the blooms really are up to 10" across. And you don't have to stoop to admire them - the vibrant gold blooms are held high on 44" scapes. A favorite of our garden visitors - it really stands out in the garden. Fragrant.

Prescott, AZ — I grew MICO in San Clemente (So Cal) for many years. It often reblooms there. I had three separate bloom sequences one year. It's tall and sturdy...occasionally needing stakes but it was grown on the north side yard. Fabulous color. Better looking than the photos. It grows at least 44 in, perhaps 50 inches for me.

Burbank, CA — Our brother got us hooked on the Oakes daylilies and their excellent service. When our sister asked him to come around the house to see 'the new GIANT daylily', all he could say as he turned the corner some 50 feet away was "WOW"!! It really stands out in a crowd! Can't wait to order this one for a neighbor to repay a favor! (And of course, some for me, too!)
