Whittemore, MI — I have a small daylily business in northern Michigan. I purchased Infinity from Oakes a few years ago. It is very northern hardy and has a long bloom period. I started doing some hybridyzing this year and found Infinity to be an excellent pod parent. I am looking forward to seeing it's offspring!!

Manhattan Beach, CA — The blossom does not open widely which is why I marked it down to an eight. The flower shape is akin to a Crinum e.g. trumpet or lily-like. However, I really like the color which, though it is not as intense as the photo, works well with my favorites: South Seas, Leebea Orange Crush and Little Strawberry Shortcake. I bought 2 and they were definitely worth the money. It is possible that I am not getting a super-open bloom because of my coastal California climate. Though zone 10, our year round average high is in the low 70s and average low is in the 50s.
New review: I wasn't very impressed by INFINITY the first year but I have become a huge fan in its second. For the past 3 weeks, I have had a succession of 2 to 3 beautiful shrimp pink (a lighter tint of the color in the photo) double blossoms on each of the extremely sturdy, VERY upright scapes and new buds are still developing! All blooms have been doubles: they last long and fade attractively (deadheading is not an issue). I highly recommend this daylily - worth every cent - just be patient! -
Niceville, FL — Here in NW Florida "Infinity" is about the color of a red papaya...just like the photo. I have had it for several years and out of all my daylilies it is my favorite so far.
