WHAT DAYLILIES CAN I GROW: Most of you can grow any of the daylilies we sell. If you live in an area with a sustained cold period like we do in East Tennessee, you can grow all the varieties. However, If you live in an area that doesn’t get freezing weather in the winter (like zones 9 and 10), dormant varieties won’t work for you; you’ll need to choose evergreen or semi-evergreen varieties.
BIG PLANTS! When it comes to daylily plants, bigger is better! All of the plants we ship will be three fans or larger — two or three times (or more) what you might receive from other companies. Larger plants get established faster and bloom more quickly!
FARM-FRESH TO YOU! All of your plants will be freshly dug when you order. The leaves are trimmed and the plants are washed and air-dried. Your daylilies will be out of the ground less than 48 hours before they’re headed your way.
BONUS DAYLILIES: We send free daylilies (we call them “bonus” daylilies) with every order. These daylilies are equal to about 20% of your order, you get to choose what you’d like at checkout.

I planted Debutante last fall and it is huge. It is loaded with buds and started blooming a week ago in zone 5. Amazing! I agree with all the above reviews.

With all the daylilies on the market today with fancy eyes and edges, you might forget that any flower can be stunning in the right place. I have had this daylily for about 3 years now, (and you know that it takes that long to see the flower in its true glory!). It is not pink, it is not coral, it is not peachy, it is not orange, but somehow it is a combination of all of those colors. And it is just beautiful. The flower is large and perfectly formed, and oh-so-pretty. I think the color fades a little as the day goes on, but then so do I!

This plant is amazing. I took it out of the box on May 20, and by May 25 it was in bud. It bloomed for the first time on June 10. I need to get more of these!

This was my very first daylily from Oaks that I ordered 3 years ago! I have 9 of them in my front yard. The flowers sit high above the plant.The blooms are huge! Neighbers walking by always stop and say how pretty they are.
