Woodruff, SC — The first year I was not impressed with this variety, the flowers were small, and somewhat distorted. But the second year the blooms were outstanding. Started blooming in mid to late May and continued until early September. Be patient with this one, but it is worth the wait.
-
Galva, IL — Mine is very beautiful and exactly the color in the photo (more towards the bright pink/peach.) It glows & sparkles and has a long bloom season. Very hardy. Most other merchants show a very light pink which looks nothing like this photo or my daylily. Wonder if it's a case of location.
-
Sioux Center, IA — I can't believe how well this daylily does in day-long moderately filtered shade with my hostas! It has the perfect pale pink blooms that positively glow in the shadows. I give it a 10 for performance in its location. I still have prolific flowers and rebloom!
-
Austin, TX — This is a beautiful daylily, although it is much paler than what is pictured here. I have a group of three planted, and all have multiple buds on them now. The scent is very nice, too, with very large flowers!
-
Flushing, NY — Much paler color than pictured, but don't let that discourage you. This is by far the most beautiful flower I've seen in a daylily--it's so perfect that some of my guests have thought it was artificial!
Should be planted as a specimen where it can be enjoyed close-up. -
Houston, TX — This is a gorgeous daylily! I planted it in mid-April and it bloomed the first week of June. The flowers are much lighter than the photo shows -- more of a light salmon-pink with a larger chartreuse throat. The flower is absolutely stunning!
-
Grapevine, TX — I got my first bloom of the season today. Lots more buds are ready. This is its second year and it looks to be exquisite this year. It produces a few blooms in its first year as well. The photo is true to the actual bloom.
-
Ft Worth, TX — I have to agree, this flower is drop dead gorgeous. I only got a fair performance the first year, but this year it bloomed in May, June, and then again in July and August!!! A very clear, even pink that shows up well even in hot sunny climates like ours. Get this one.
-
toronto, OH — What can i say, she is just perfect! Now i just wish i could find a yellow compliment to her that is just as lush. There are very few that can muster her luster. Any suggestions?
-
Corpus Christi, TX — This has to be the most beautiful daylily I have ever seen. We, in Corpus Christi, have one of the harshest climates I have ever tried to grow daylilies in. It is a very warm, very humid, very salty climate, but the extra care that we had to give this daylily was well worth it. Anyone who lives close to the coast especially like us borderline zone 9/10, try this one! It is well worth the effort.
-
Austin, TX — This one is a 12 in my book. I love this daylily. Such a pleasure to go out in the yard and see it every morning. It always has multiple blooms, and they are just so pink, and hardy. A must in your daylily garden. Among one of the first to bloom in my yard.
-
Owensboro, KY — Better than a 10! Among one of the most beautiful daylilies I've ever seen, I could not live without this one. It blooms with graceful wavy flowers and is a very reliable pink. Very classy!
-
Warrensburg, NY — This is a real beauty. One of my favorites and the color is more of a pure pink than in the photo. Great substance and bud count! The semi-evergreen does well in my zone 3/4 garden.
-
Guyes Mills, PA — This daylily is very special and is one worth having. The flowers are of good substance, shape and color. A must have for any garden.
-
Jacksonville beach, FL — This is one of my favorite daylilies. I just a beginner and this did so well the first year I ordered three more last year.
-
Circleville, OH — A very beautiful daylily! A peachy pink that holds
it's color. The ruffles and the way it curves behind is so pretty. Better than the picture! -
Johnston, RI — What a beatiful daylilly, goreous shade of light pink. Preformed great the first year, rebloomed not as much as first time it flowered but not bad for the short summers we get here in RI. Highly reccomeded.
-
Baltimore, OH — Luscious daylily! The color will vary from pale to more intense pink in the same garden as the weather changes, but is always mouth-watering on the smooth texture of the petals. The softly rolling ribs add interest and strength to the petals, which already sport excellent substance. Large, full-blown flowers, on scapes taller than 20" here, usually 25-30" but not disproportionate to the size of the flowers. Reblooms sporadically here. A lovely, lovely daylily which earned its popularity on the solid basis of merit.
For a gorgeous garden picture, surround it with blues and whites. Dwarf Platycodon (balloonflower), Salvia such as 'East Friesland', Veronica 'Sunnyborder Blue', and Perovskia all look lovely with it here. For white, Achilleas such as 'Snowsport', or A. ptarmica 'Ballerina' are among many possibilities.
